Step 4: Customize your campaign

Once you’ve chosen a template, it’s time to customize it. Hover over a template and you’ll see the option to “Customize.” Clicking on it will redirect your campaign to a page where you can enter your Shopify store details.

Providing this information helps us design your country email list campaigns to look like a natural part of your Shopify store.

Here are some tips for where you are:

  • Remove the default template images and add your own images that fit your brand.
  • Change text styles and colors to match your brand theme.
  • Change the color of your CTA button (make your campaign sure it contrasts with the rest of your text color so it stands out).
  • Include links to pivot pages (e.g., add links to common mistakes and their solutions product pages to encourage visitors to make a purchase).

Pro tip : Be as specific as possible about the information you include. For example, if you are offering a discount on a specific product, specify which products are included in the promotion. If you require customers to leave their email address to receive notifications of the promotion, it is helpful to provide a timeline. Potential customers are more likely to resp

ond to concise and specific information.

Or, if the goal of your pop-up is to increase your campaign conversions , include details about your payment options, and promise top-tier security, that can go a long way toward getting customers to click through.

Step 5: Set your target audience, triggers, and display frequency

Now that the design part is done and dusted, let’s move on to the most important part: optimizing your campaigns.

To maximize conversions (or subscriptions), you need to show your pop-up to the right audience at the right time, so you need to set up a target audience and a pop-up trigger.

You can set all these metrics on the next page.

You can set the metrics however you want. For example, you can decide to show a pop-up 5 seconds after a new visitor arrives on your page.

You can also choose different settings for your campaign specific visitors. For example, you can set the pop-up to appear only to shoppers using mobile devices or to visitors of a certain gender. You can also set triggers for specific pop-ups to show them to shoppers in certain locations.

Results will vary depending on your campaign goals. Pop-ups have a purpose that is very different from a pop-up that is designed to:

Reduce abandoned carts Increase email sign-ups
